Fund Custody
EdgeX is a technology provider and does not hold, manage, or have custody of client funds at any point. Our platform operates exclusively through regulated entities and brokers, allowing clients to choose brokers that align with their needs.
All client funds are deposited directly with the selected broker, not with EdgeX. These brokers may maintain client funds in segregated trust accounts with reputable financial institutions, adhering to local regulatory standards to enhance security.
All trading and fund custody arrangements exist solely between the client and their chosen broker. EdgeX’s role is strictly limited to providing access to its trading technology and does not extend to fund management or custody.
Risk Warning
Trading involves significant financial risk, including the potential loss of capital. EdgeX utilizes advanced and evolving technologies, including generative artificial intelligence, which introduce inherent risks such as:
